The Race
The Intertidal is a tide-shaped running challenge across Jersey's foreshore, linking six landmarks between Gorey and St Aubin's. It's equal parts adventure, discipline, and respect for the sea.
Why it's different
Tide-dependent
The route is built around the low-tide window, requiring careful timing.
Landmark-driven
Collect six coastal icons in one continuous push across the foreshore.
Jersey-first
The island's coastline is the headline act, offering a unique perspective.
Real conditions
Expect wind, spray, uneven surfaces, and variable footing throughout.
